Azerbaijan was represented at the charity event held in Latvia

On December 3, 2023, the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Latvia took part in the international charity fair traditionally held in Riga.

Diplomatic missions in Latvia, as well as local organizations have been represented at the event held by the International Women's Club of Riga.

At the Azerbaijani stand at the charity fair souvenirs, national clothes reflecting culture and history of Azerbaijan were demonstrated, and various publications related to our country were exhibited and distributed. At the same time, products made in Azerbaijan, delicious dishes of our national cuisine and colorful examples of our kelaghayi art inscribed in the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO were presented. A video clip on the nature, culture and tourism of our country, prepared by the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was demonstrated at the event.

Azerbaijan's stand was one of the most visited and interesting stands at the fair. Former Latvian President Raimonds Vejonis and other guests visited the Azerbaijani stand.
